Lifetime Performance Agreement

This is a lifetime agreement for services between the original purchaser and the Peddler Bicycle Shop, Inc. These services are provided free of charge for new bicycles purchased from the Peddler for the original owner and are not transferable.

The services provided under this agreement are as follows:

1. Bearing adjustment -- includes adjustment of headset, bottom bracket and wheel bearings.

2. Brake adjustment -- includes alignment of brake pads and brake cable adjustment.

3. Derailleur adjustment -- includes travel and cable tension adjustment of front and rear derailleurs.

4. Wheel truing -- minor truing excluding retensioning/rebuilding.

5. Warranty labor -- warranty labor not covered by the manufacturer's original warranty.

The services provided under this Lifetime Performance Agreement cover the minor adjustments due to normal use. It DOES NOT include repairs or adjustment necessitated by accident, abuse, neglect, or improperly performed routine cleaning and maintenance. Repair or replacement of damaged or worn parts is not covered under this agreement.
